The Disaster Series is an ongoing collection of disaster images taken from newspapers. The images/events do not focus on people but rather on the natural elements involved in the disaster.
In August 2006, resident technician Yvette Poorter will bring her disaster series into This Neck of the Woods to interact with Adriana Sa's sounding light and bodiless instruments. During the residency the two will tango.
