Taien drew a map of all the places she walked to from This Neck of the Woods. Her map was made on seperate days and in seperate parts, on pages from her sketchbook. This map leaves a sense of scale up in the air. It gives room for a wanderer's perspective and tells you where to go for fries, organic food, the smell of flowers or fish, and recycling bins.

Taien Ng-Chan (Montreal, Canada) was an official resident of This Neck of the Woods from May 24 - June 8, 2006). She worked in collaboration with her husband Joe Ollman and their son Sam.
